2009-10-23 - Trio take clubhouse lead at Iskandar Johor Open
Chinnarat Phadungsil and Pariya Junhasavasdikul of Thailand, and Mark Purser of New Zealand each posted rounds of 4-under 68 to take a shared lead after Thursday's opening round of the Iskandar Johor Open.

Heavy rains over the Royal Johor Country Club in the southern city of Johor Bahru forced play to be suspended at noon for about three hours. Those teeing off in the afternoon didn't complete their round, with play suspended due to darkness at 7 p.m. local time.
