2009-06-16 - Akhmal wins Viet Nam Open
Malaysian Akhmal Tarmizee Mohd won the Viet Nam Amateur Open with a six-under-par 282 at the Da Lat Palace Golf Club.


Thailand’s Phiphatphong Naeosuk, the Southeast Asian Games gold medallist, was second on 286 while Phiphatphong’s team-mate, Varun Isaraphakdi, as third, four over, on 292.
